The framework issues a directional verdict only when its 4 layers agree. When they conflict, it stays NEUTRAL — meaning "don't take a directional bet this week." NEUTRAL outcomes are graded as correctly held, not failed. The hit rate below counts only resolved directional calls (BUY/SELL).

How outcomes are scored

Every prediction is logged at issue-time and graded 7 days later. A directional call (BUY / SELL) is correct if BTC moved in the predicted direction by ≥1%. Moves under 1% are inconclusive. NEUTRAL calls are graded separately — by design, NEUTRAL means "the layers conflict, don't bet" — and a flat or sideways week confirms the framework's read.
